DNA Quantification

CIGMR Biobank can provide a DNA quantification service using UV absorbance methods, PicoGreen® and QPCR.  The method chosen will depend on source of the sample (e.g. blood or saliva) and the downstream analysis method (e.g. GWAS providers often request DNA quantification by PicoGreen® measurement).
