MCAST Trainers

Professor Jonathan Green is Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the University of Manchester and Honorary Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Central Manchester and Manchester Children's Hospitals University NHS Trust and Manchester Biomedical Research Centre.

Dr Ming Wai Wan is an experienced trainer in the Manchester Child Attachment Story Task (MCAST). She has delivered trainings (or assisted Prof. Green in training) to groups of researchers and clinicians in Manchester, Ireland, Germany, Norway and Australia. Ming Wai has trained in various observational measures of mother-infant interaction and has received some training in different parenting interventions. She also has an active interest in adult attachment patterns.
